Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of procurement experience (or 3+ years with a Master's)
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 standards
• Experience in contract management including long-term strategic agreements
• Ability to perform price analyses and develop negotiation strategies
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, Jira, and SharePoint (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and procurement for spaceflight systems development
• Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ)
• Conduct price analyses and formulate negotiation strategies
• Create and manage diverse contract types including LTAs and cost-type contracts
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle from requisition to invoice resolution
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of production materials
• Uphold technical performance standards in procurement processes
