Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of procurement experience needed (3+ years with Master's).
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Jira, and SharePoint is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 standards necessary.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and procurement for spaceflight systems development.
• Prepare Requests for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) and conduct price analyses.
• Develop negotiation strategies and manage various contract types.
• Own the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to final invoice.
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of production materials.
• Maintain compliance with technical performance requirements.
• Utilize strong analytical and communication skills in dynamic environments.
