About the RoleWe're seeking a Business Value Senior Manager to scale up our value program. In this individual contributor role you will be responsible for delivering compelling presentations to both prospects and customers, conducting in-depth research, and building innovative tools and content.
Responsibilities- Customer & Prospect-Facing Presentations: Leverage your findings to create engaging presentations tailored to specific prospects and customers. Clearly articulate how our solutions address their specific pain points and contribute to their overall business success.
- Proactive Pipeline Planning: Embed with the sales leadership teams to review pipeline for value program opportunities, monitor success, and continual education of the Arctic Wolf value message.
- Processes and Monitoring: Assist in building out new processes for sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure internal stakeholders are enabled for the best chance of success.
- Research Excellence: Dive deep into customer needs, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for enhancing the Arctic Wolf value message. Build out and maintain a library of content for use in business case calculations and messaging content.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to articulate and refine the value proposition of our offerings. Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging; assisting in the delivery to wider audiences on webinars, speaking engagements, and customer events.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience owning a P&L
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building and communicating business cases to executive stakeholders
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in the Cybersecurity and / or Cyber insurance spaces
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or Accounting background preferred
- AI savvy; experience automating value engineering processes with AI preferred

The base salary range for this job family is 50,000 to 205,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
