• Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met efficiently
• Manage daily build schedule to optimize production
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and morale
• Lead team initiatives to enhance quality and throughput
• Implement Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) standards
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to procedures
• Re-establish quality standards as necessary
• Plan maintenance to uphold quality and throughput
• Gather feedback from production team for performance improvement
• Collaborate with supervisors for absenteeism management
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication
• Promote teamwork and problem-solving actively.
