Job Summary
This is a strategic and high-impact role for a Business Transformation Advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational change. The Advisor partners with senior leaders to diagnose complex business challenges, shape transformation strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
As a trusted advisor and change leader, this role influences enterprise-wide initiatives by aligning process improvements, technology enablement, and people transformation. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, promote data-driven decision-making, and enable the organization to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on business transformation priorities and opportunities.
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, and performance expectations.
Analyze current state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations and business cases to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
Design and implement enterprise-wide process improvement frameworks, incorporating best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
Drive change management strategies to enable adoption, minimize resistance, and embed sustainable behavioral and cultural change.
Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure transformation outcomes and continuous improvement effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot, test, and refine processes, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
Coach and mentor leaders and teams to build internal capabilities in transformation, process excellence, and change management.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change roles.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies, including communications, training, and adoption planning.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma) are considered an asset.
