Location:US- Remote

Compensation:We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $90,000-$130,000, with an annual target bonus.
About the Role

Snappy is looking for a Business Systems Engineer to join our IT Team.
In this role, you will own, optimize, and integrate a growing portfolio of business applications-including Salesforce, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, OwnBackup, and Harmony AI-while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
You Will:
System Design, Development, and Management
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions that support the organization's goals.
  • Be responsible for designing, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving applications, Salesforce solutions, and integrations.
  • Be responsible for reviewing the architecture, design, code, and providing approval.
  • Implement and maintain Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce Sites, Force.com, Marketing, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
  • Be responsible for assisting with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, workflow development, tool customization, and Salesforce upgrades.
  • Be responsible for assisting with maintenance and documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day development processes such as version control, code deployments, and process management.
  • Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
  • Hands-on experience with workflows and flows.
  • Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support service offerings.
  • Ability to perform a variety of both complex and routine technical, analytical, and administrative duties in a high-paced environment.
Systems Landscape Management

This role will involve maintaining and optimizing a diverse set of business systems, including:
  • CRM & Sales Engagement: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Churnzero
  • Legal/Contract Management: Ironclad
  • Data/Backup: Ownbackup
  • Ticketing/Support: Harmony AI
  • Experimentation: Willingness to explore and experiment with tools like Hubbl and Swantide for business systems automation and integration.
AI and Innovation
  • Possess experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and be willing to actively experiment with AI-driven solutions to enhance business systems efficiency and user experience.
  • Proactively identify and propose areas where AI/automation can be leveraged to streamline workflows.
You Have:
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Experience with system integrations and API management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a 'go-getter,' take initiative, and work independently.
  • Willingness to train and adapt quickly to new technologies and business processes on the fly.
Preferred
  • Experience with Hubbl, Swantide, or similar Salesforce intelligence / DevOps platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce.
  • Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or customer success operations.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or SFDX).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
