Full Job Description
Business Systems Analyst

We9re looking for a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys asking questions, solving business challenges, and turning ideas into software solutions that make a real impact. You9ll:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to define project scope, workflows, business rules, data needs, and priorities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for our software development team.
  • Design, review, or refine PostgreSQL database structures to support new functionality and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate projects and enhancements from initial request through implementation and post-launch validation.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and user acceptance testing.

  • Support software changes within our FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing environment while promoting quality, compliance, and traceability.

You9ll become a trusted partner to employees throughout the company, helping shape software that supports every department-from Quality and Engineering to Manufacturing and Operations.

Your ideas will matter.

Your work will be visible.

And you9ll have the opportunity to improve systems that directly support the manufacturing of medical devices that improve patients9 lives around the world.

  • Project coordination and change management

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, software delivery, quality assurance, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with business requirements documentation, software testing, and software delivery workflows.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, quality systems, or medical device manufacturing is a plus.
