Reports to: VP, Business Systems & Sports IT Business Partner

The Business Systems Analyst for Sports IT, partners with stakeholders across TKO’s sports brands — WWE, UFC, and PBR — to understand business operations and translate operational needs into well-defined technology solutions. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, the Business Systems Analyst will also serve as the day-to-day owner of the applications within the portfolio, acting as first line of support for stakeholders, partnering with IT Helpdesk, Cyber Security, and IT Audit on application operations, and driving initiatives to closure with strong project management discipline.

Given the nature of TKO’s sports and live events businesses, the role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where event calendars, production cycles, and broadcast windows are non-negotiable. The successful candidate will demonstrate composure under pressure, strong active listening skills, and the interpersonal awareness required to engage effectively with stakeholders across talent relations, global partnerships, sales & marketing, and live events.

Key Responsibilities
•Subject matter expert for all applications within the Sport Business Systems portfolio including documenting current and future-state processes, consistently identifying opportunities to simplify business & technical workflows, and actively improving data quality
•Delivery owner and lead for enhancements and small projects as directed by the Sport IT Business Partner VP
•User Acceptance Testing lead responsible for ensuring proper testing of all application bug fixes or enhancements has been conducted as well as securing final business approval for implementation
•Application administrator performing, or partnering with the IT Helpdesk, on access provisioning, validating appropriate user access roles with the business, and tracking required access requests end-to-end
•Day-to-day operational owner and support process lead acting as level 2 support for all applications managed within the portfolio including triaging of help desk tickets, escalation point for system failures or outages and point of contact for the development team
•Compliance activities owner working with Cyber Security on risk remediation and IT Audit on tracking materials and evidence for SOX-compliant applications
•Training lead and facilitator creating and maintaining user guides, running training workshops, and cross training the help desk and related support colleagues

Qualifications
•5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Application Analyst (or role with comparable scope) owning enterprise business systems end-to-end — including requirements gathering, application maintenance and configuration, application support, and vendor partnership.
•Hands-on experience as a project lead or scrum master delivering small projects or business enhancements using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies including requirements and user story creation, backlog refinement, and statement of work definitions for vendor-delivered implementations.
•Solid understanding of standard SDLC, quality assurance, and system integration best practices
•Experience partnering with IT Helpdesk, Cyber Security, and IT Audit on access management, remediation, and SOX evidence is a strong plus.
•Strong written and verbal communications skills
•Experience in the media, sports, entertainment, or live events industry is strongly preferred
•Certified Scrum Master or PMP is preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:

$90.00 hourly(minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$120.00 hourly
