Responsibilities:
- Gather detailed functional and user experience feedback on the current Group Audit workflow
- Study features and capabilities of the proprietary tool; document pros/cons
- Conduct structured gap analysis between current and proposed solutions
- Define clear business and functional requirements for enhancements
- Collaborate on designing AI use cases (automated checklists, document suggestions, flags for risk)
- Create detailed user stories and support traceability from requirements through testing
- Help design updated workflow diagrams and content flows
