Business Systems Analyst II
The Business Systems Analyst II serves as a strategic liaison and represents business systems within multiple departments. This job ensures the development and implementation of comprehensive, technical solutions that focus on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provides business acumen and technical expertise for highly complex system issues.
  • Presents product concepts and implementation timelines to developers and analytical teams.
  • Analyzes business needs and assesses the feasibility and technical alternatives for system requirements.
  • Consults with subject matter experts on system testing and business processes.
  • Documents business requirements and potential solutions for system functionality and reporting needs.
  • Follows business data trends and proactively consults with departments; provides feedback on system performance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in information technology
  • Ability to gather technical requirements, document processes and procedures, test systems and functionality

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a BSA supporting IT projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile and Waterfall principles and methodologies
  • Prior banking industry experience supporting physical branch locations and delivering software solutions
  • Familiarity with Incident Response/Incident Management processes
