Business Systems Analyst IIThe Business Systems Analyst II serves as a strategic liaison and represents business systems within multiple departments. This job ensures the development and implementation of comprehensive, technical solutions that focus on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Provides business acumen and technical expertise for highly complex system issues.
- Presents product concepts and implementation timelines to developers and analytical teams.
- Analyzes business needs and assesses the feasibility and technical alternatives for system requirements.
- Consults with subject matter experts on system testing and business processes.
- Documents business requirements and potential solutions for system functionality and reporting needs.
- Follows business data trends and proactively consults with departments; provides feedback on system performance.
Minimum Qualifications- 2 years of experience in information technology
- Ability to gather technical requirements, document processes and procedures, test systems and functionality
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a BSA supporting IT projects
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile and Waterfall principles and methodologies
- Prior banking industry experience supporting physical branch locations and delivering software solutions
- Familiarity with Incident Response/Incident Management processes
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
