Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Administrator Lead, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The Business Systems Administrator Lead will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary
The Business Systems Administrator Lead plays a key leadership role within the Business Systems team, serving as the technical expert for administering Business System applications, overall system administration and ensuring in meeting cybersecurity requirements. This individual will lead the administration of the Business System applications admins to include system administrators. The ideal candidate is a seasoned administrator with extensive experience in the application/Server administration, experienced in meeting cybersecurity requirements like STIGS, capable of creating robust solutions, leading complex technical projects, and mentoring team members.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and direct a team of application administrators responsible for multiple Business Systems applications.
- Lead the maintenance and administration of various enterprise applications (including, but not limited to, Oracle systems) to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Point of Contact (POC) for key business applications within the functional organization.
- Design future application server topology with scalability and system availability in mind across the entire Business Systems portfolio.
- Manage and maintain the single sign-on (SSO) solution (e.g., Oracle Access Manager) and troubleshoot connectivity with various applications.
- Oversee and maintain application security, including managing access requests and performing regular security updates in coordination with internal teams.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex, multi-system application issues, coordinating with software vendors and technical support when necessary.
- Coordinate with application administrators, project managers, and developers to execute day-to-day tasks and major system changes/updates.
- Identify, propose, and execute opportunities for process and system improvements across the application landscape with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, security posture, and standard operating procedures for the team.
- Act as a technical lead for the buildup of new application environments, ensuring they are built according to the latest best practices.
- It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT, Programming, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years working as a systems administrator for enterprise applications.
- Active DoD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Oracle systems, including applications and servers.
- Strong experience with application security, access control, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to resolve issues from beginning to end.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Experience managing Oracle WebLogic product environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and oversee system changes with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate ideas into functional changes.
- Experience working in a government contractor environment.
