Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000, (Bonus Eligible)
We are looking for a talented Business Systems Administrator to join our team to manage ERP, Accounting, and Sales systems.
The Business Systems Administrator will coordinate the administration, maintenance, and support of the company's ERP, Accounting, and Sales systems. This role involves ensuring system performance, security, and reliability, as well as providing operational support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
What You'll Do- Maintain ERP, Accounting, and Sales systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Provide support and training to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and customize systems accordingly.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls and procedures.
- Coordinate technical support with ML Holdings IT department and third-party vendors.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Promote and maintain security of systems at all times.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in business systems administration.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, Accounting, and Sales systems (e.g., Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Agentic AI (CoPilot and Claude)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with system implementation and integration.
- Understanding of database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of business processes and workflows.
- Certification in relevant systems.
