The OpportunityWe are seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst to support Digital Servicing Analytics through the development of reporting solutions, performance analysis, and actionable business insights. You will be an expert in Adobe Analytics and how to connect with offline sources and be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing digital performance data, identifying trends and opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to translate digital experience to ultimate outcomes
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience working with digital analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business partners. This individual will collaborate closely with Digital Servicing teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision making.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be
in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, or Tampa, FL.

What you'll do: - Develop, maintain, and enhance Adobe Analytics dashboards and front-end reporting solutions.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
- Query, transform, and analyze data from enterprise data sources, including Snowflake.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy and performance goals.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and implement new performance metrics that align digital performance with broader business outcomes.
- Train and support stakeholders on report interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Digital Servicing teams to understand evolving reporting needs and business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experiences, and performance touchpoints to improve overall customer outcomes.
What you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline with 2 years' experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting.
- Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
- Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights.
- Experience performing data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in project management.
What sets you apart:- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms.
- Strong experience querying, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience working with User data - Fullstory, Glassbox, Qualtrics
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience presenting analytical findings and insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, digital acquisition, customer experience, or web analytics.
- Experience defining and implementing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Understanding of customer journey analysis and digital engagement measurement.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including business partners, product owners, and technology teams.
- Experience training or coaching business users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $85,040.00 - $162,550.00
