Job Title: Business Solutions Manager - Medical Device and Automotive

Overview:
The Business Solutions Manager (BSM) drives qualification, scoping, estimation, and proposal generation of implementation & advisory services using value selling techniques and best practices in the Medical Device and Automotive verticals.

This role involves positioning implementation packages for PTC Services as prime as well as selling Advisory and Adoption Services. This role will be responsible for developing optimal Statements of Work (SOWs) assuring that the scope meets the customer's objectives leading to customer satisfaction and expansion outcomes. This role will drive key activities in collaboration with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services Market Leadership, and Partner Services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Outcome based focus - Able to consult customer and partners on alignment of outcomes and business solutions at a global enterprise level. Uncovers and articulates critical success factors necessary for the customer to acquire, implement, and utilize a solution. Scope Verification - Analyze, design and develop a software solution implementation plan based upon current vs. future state of the customer's business. Prescriptive in recommending solution designs and implementation approach to optimize value for customer with PTC solutions. Advisory Services - Position and recommend PTC's adoption and advisory services to support partners in developing credible SOWs. Deal Management - Effectively manages and closes complex sales cycles from business champion to c-suite (CIO/CEO) level. Proactively manages pipeline.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including alliance, product sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and senior level executives
  • Proven experience selling services and working with in scoping projects and creating statements of work
  • Strong history of operating effectively in the FA&D and EHT verticals
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a sales quota carrying role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $140,000 - 165,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
