Location: NY/Atlanta, GA/Chicago, IL Job Description Key Responsibilities • Architect AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft AI technologies. • Design and build scalable enterprise applications using low-code and pro-code frameworks. • Develop POCs and MVPs leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Microsoft Foundry. • Lead customer workshops, demos, presentations, and innovation sessions. • Collaborate with Microsoft Sales and Engineering teams to deliver business value. • Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for AI adoption. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in consulting, cloud architecture, or low-code delivery. • Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Dataverse. • Experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent frameworks, and protocols such as MCP and A2A. • Strong skills in Python, C#, TypeScript, and LangChain. • Experience with Azure services, API integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM. • Azure AI, Power Platform, and GitHub Copilot Architect certifications preferred. • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. • Financial Services domain experience is highly desirable. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $160,000/Annum Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
