Business Relationship ManagerTowson, MD, United StatesThe Job: As a Business Relationship Manager, you'll be part of our team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:
- Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives
- Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
- Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
- Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
- Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
- Assists both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate
- Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
- Works with business and IT teams to identify and track risk
- Works with IT teams on equipment lifecycle refreshes

- Bachelors Degree & 6-8 years relevant experience, or Graduate degree & 4-6 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools
- Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments
- Dependent on Role, a functional knowledge of:
- Systems/capabilities like SAP/Oracle
- Engineering systems such as Windchill/Catia
- CRM/Digital Systems like Salesforce or CMS, PIM capabilities supporting websites
- Knowledge of network & infrastructure standards
- Network wiring
- Data Centers
- Cloud Services
- Wireless
- Network security
- Computer & Printer network setup
- Ability to assist in trouble shooting Network and Infrastructure issues

The Salary range for this position is $110,600.00 - $178,000.00
