Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of Vanguard's Global Workplace Experience (GWx) strategy at the Arizona campus. As a Business Project Manager Specialist, you will partner with the local GWx Site Leadership Team and workplace partners to coordinate operational activities, support crew experience initiatives, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-performing workplace environment.

This role is ideal for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who excels at relationship building, project coordination, and operational execution while supporting the successful delivery of site priorities and workplace experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
  • Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years' related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Real Estate, Facilities or Financial Services preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Exemplary communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and execute independently.
