Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking candidates for Business Program & Project Management Analyst positions supporting a USG agency in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates will assist with Services of Common Concern (SoCC) oversight and coordination. Specifically, production ODNI deliverables, development of products for external engagements, tracking and monitoring dependencies across organizational lines and monitoring milestones.
This position is located in Chantilly.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Coordinate DNI deliverables to include monitoring status and reporting.
. Provide monthly reports for the SoCCs.
. Provide an annual report for the SoCCs.
. Compile yearly vignettes documents for select systems in the SoCCs.
. Participate and represent equities in working groups.
. Identify and monitor dependencies that impact delivery of features.
. Provide quarterly updates to DNI through their reporting tool.
. Develop and refine presentation materials to ensure accuracy.
. Participate in yearly DNI deliverable roadmap session.
. Create, update and obtain Statements of Authorization from data owners/stewards across the IC and DoW.
. Create, update and obtain Location Policies from data owners/stewards across the IC and DoW.
. Ensure policies are correctly implemented in the systems.
. Support data integration activities specifically understanding data sharing policies.
. Support IT reform and document requirements necessary for implementation.
. Understand regulations for classification markings (IC Marking System Register and Manual) and provide guidance for implementing changes to systems.
. Translate policy implementation into diagrams for use in presentations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . A Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
. Expertise in writing and reviewing policy documents
. Expertise in translating policy to technical requirements
. Expertise in understanding data policies and protections.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
