Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking candidates for Business Program and Project Management Analyst positions supporting a USG agency in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates will support technical programs and project efforts, project requirements oversight, requirements development and compressive, detail oriented project management to optimize performance and comply with industry, Federal, Intelligence Community (IC) and the USG agency's specific standards.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Translate evolving organizational strategy into actionable program plans by aligning shifting agency priorities with measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resource constraints and mission outcomes ensuring programs remain responsive amid frequent changes in leadership direction and organizational placement.
. Manage the full lifecycle of multiple interconnected technical programs planning, sequencing, monitoring and adjusting execution as requirements shift to ensure seamless delivery across projects, divisions and stakeholder groups.
. Oversee enterprise level resource and budget management by allocating personnel, technology and funding across the organizational portfolio ensuring the right capabilities are applied at the right time as priorities and requirements rapidly evolve.
. Proactively identify interdependencies, risks and issues across the agency's technology initiatives developing timely mitigation strategies to preserve program momentum and maintain alignment during periods of changes in requirement and organizational realignment.
. Serve as the primary liaison across executive leadership, technical engineering teams and external partners delivering clear organization wide communications, status updates, briefing materials and responses to front office actions so a unified understanding across a shifting stakeholder landscape is maintained.
. Mature and manage organization level program management processes including PMR workflows, schedule and quad chard reviews, control gate preparation, personnel check in/out procedures and system access management to ensure consistency, transparency and decision readiness across the agency's frequently changing operational environment.
. Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the full breadth of the agency's organization across all programs and offices to build, sustain, facilitate and further leverage strong partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate program and project success.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. A Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
. Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for a program for all technical, cost and schedule performance matters and issues.
. Demonstrated experience overseeing daily operations.
. Demonstrated experience managing/assigning/providing oversight and reviewing work of program personnel.
. Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating program activities to include installation and upgrading of hardware and software (utilization of cloud services), programming and systems design, development or modification of IT Networks and implementation of internet and intranet sites.
. Demonstrated experience ensuring necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to effectively and successfully manage the program are created, maintained and are accurate.
. Demonstrated experience taking measures to mitigate gaps in service due to attrition or fluctuation of program personnel.
. Demonstrated experience consulting and coordinating to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, developing needs and task clarification.
. Demonstrated experience ensuring program reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
