Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to define product roadmaps and priorities.


  • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog in Agile environments.


  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.


  • Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.


  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.


  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys and product enhancements.


  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning.


  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.


  • Track product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business metrics.


  • Coordinate with QA teams during testing and validate delivered solutions.


  • Prepare business documentation, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
