Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, deploy, and support workflow-driven web applications
- Collaborate with technical leads and product managers to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Support and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance
- Participate in identifying and developing new opportunities to enhance platform capabilities
- Implement automation and testing to ensure code quality and reliability
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems to streamline development processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of engineering best practices
Required Qualifications- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with source code management and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins
- Ability to understand and work with complex customer requirements and workflows
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Strong sense of ownership with a focus on code quality and testing
