Full Job Description
ADP is hiring a GlobalView Subject Matter Expert - U.S.

In this position you will be a member of ADP's GlobalView® North America Project Management Office organization, an organization that drives strategic business transformation ensuring removal of organizational pains and innovation that drives market competitiveness and shapes the future of payroll in our region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leverage in-depth county specific knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with local market practices
  • Build continuous knowledge of ADP GlobalView that instills confidence in our internal clients
  • Provide consultative advice and guidance on PMO projects and to our partners as a subject matter expert
  • Continually maintains and upgrades knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity
  • Learn future products and new tools as they are deployed
  • Proactively seeks ways to provide a better client experience (internal and external), recommending enhancements to products and processes
  • Participate in ongoing departmental improvement initiatives
  • Engage with other Business Units to find efficiencies and streamline / standardize business processes and develop best practices
  • Create requirements for new automation processes in partnership with development teams
  • Create business cases for new initiatives
  • Partner with Service leaders and teams on ongoing enhancement needs for existing solutions
  • Develop and execute testing plans for new solutions
  • Map existing as-is and to-be processes
  • Plan and execute business readiness and change management for new solutions and processes
  • Perform testing of enhancements
  • Work with global teams on prioritization and removal of roadblock to meet delivery dates
  • Ensure the delivery of technical automation that will meet the needs of our business partners
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with ADP GlobalView U.S. payroll processing required
  • Solid knowledge in MS Windows Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
  • Expertise in U.S. Payroll Processes, GlobalView SAP, RET and BPMS


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Ability to lead teams in prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet timelines and deliverables
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Payroll certification is an asset
