En tant que Gestionnaires des Processus d'Affaires , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'analyse, la conception et l'optimisation des processus d'affaires de bout en bout afin d'améliorer durablement la performance des opérations.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuildu lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

Analyse et conception des processus (Process Analysis & Design)

  • Mener l'analyse et la documentation des processus actuels (" current-state process analysis "), incluant la cartographie BPM, l'identification des pertes, des goulots d'étranglement et l'analyse des causes racines.


  • Animer des ateliers de travail afin de concevoir les processus futurs (" future-state process ").


  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et remettre en question les façons de faire existantes afin d'améliorer et d'innover les processus.


  • Assurer l'alignement des processus avec les meilleures pratiques et les objectifs stratégiques.


Cadre BPM et gouvernance (BPM Framework & Governance)

  • Diriger et accompagner les équipes de processus dans l'utilisation adéquate des méthodologies, standards et outils CORE.


  • Promouvoir une culture d'amélioration continue (CI culture).


Standardisation et gestion de la performance (Standardize & Performance Management)

  • Suivre la performance des processus dans le temps.


  • Standardiser les pratiques à travers les différents sites et fonctions.


  • Identifier les enjeux systémiques et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, gestion ou domaine connexe.


  • Minimum de 7 années d'expérience en Lean / amélioration continue dans un environnement manufacturier et chaîne d'approvisionnement.


  • Maîtrise des outils Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)


  • Expérience en transformation Lean à l'échelle (multi-sites, multi-fonctions)


  • Expérience en amélioration des systèmes qualité (QMS, audits, standardisation) est un atout


  • Forte capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes complexes et de gestion du changement


  • Leadership d'influence, capacité à mobiliser sans autorité hiérarchique


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job title : Business Process Management Lead

As a Business Process Management Lead, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to drive sustainable improvements in operational performance.

The position is based at our Longueuillocation, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Process Analysis & Design:

  • Analyze, design and optimize the end-to-end business processes.


  • Ensure standardization across Global Operations and ensure performance consistency of processes.


  • Lead the current-state process analysis and documentation (BPM mapping, waste identification, bottlenecks, root cause analysis).


  • Facilitate work sessions to design the future-state process.


  • Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo to improve and innovate the process. Ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.


BPM Framework & Governance:

  • Lead and coach the process teams in the proper use of the CORE methodologies, standards and töols.


  • Promote a Cl culture.


Standardize & Performance Management:

  • Track the process performance oyer time


  • Standardize across sites/functions


  • Drive identify systemic issues and drive corrective actions


What do you need to be successful?

  • University degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
