- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support project and change initiatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:- 3 years of experience leading large scale federal projects
- Experience implementing solutions in federal agencies
Desired Skills: - MBA
- Experience communicating change management to federal agencies
Security Clearance: - An active TS/SCI clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
