Full Job Description
Kearney & Company is seeking a Manager to join our team supporting one of the Federal government's largest agencies!

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing comprehensive audit advisory services to support the Department of Navy (DON) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization efforts.
• Partnering with DON and audit stakeholders to ensure controls achieve and sustain Federal Financial Management (FFM), financial reporting, audit, and compliance requirements within designated End-to-End processes.
• Assessing existing and emerging business process requirements to define and document key Business Process Controls (BPCs) for S/4HANA implementation that reduce SAP customization while supporting auditability.
• Reviewing functional requirements and leading DON End-to-End BPC design, development, and documentation of business process risk and control documentation.
• Managing sub-task/project plan: prioritize activities, meet established deadlines, work closely with the client and Kearney team, seek out and provide value-added services.
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work closely with the client and Kearney team to drive efforts to achieve engagement goals in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines.
• Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills to prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, including control catalog updates, control documentation, control assessments, and project status communications.
• Directing and reviewing the project work and communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead and client.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
• One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM.
• Four (4) years of progressive experience relevant to the role.
• Experience assessing, designing, and/or implementing internal controls within the Federal Government.
• Ability to go onsite 2 days a week in Alexandria, VA
• Travel up 25%
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Department of War (DoW) Financial Management.

Overview

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $125,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
