Full Job Description
Business Process Analyst
The Opportunity:

Support a cybersecurity-focused team by providing business process analysis, communications support, and project coordination. Conduct research, facilitate meetings, develop SOPs, and produce briefing materials and leadership-focused communications. Provide advisory services and technical expertise for digital transformation initiatives. Interview stakeholders to gather data on organizational processes and business models and translate findings into detailed technical and operational requirements. Participate in digital-transformation roadmap development, including building frameworks, standards, and process-improvement guidelines. Advise leadership on digital-transformation solutions, interpret and present recommendations, and collaborate with teams to support implementation. Apply consulting and cybersecurity knowledge to help identify solutions for complex challenges and ensure quality of deliverables. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • Experience collecting information or data and implementing business processes, including contributing to the development of technical and operational requirements to support process improvements
  • Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and stakeholder management, and providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders across business process or digital transformation activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work with senior leaders, respond to changing priorities, and adapt writing styles to meet the needs of audiences at various levels, including presenting and interpreting recommendations
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter and multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business field and 5+ years of experience in business administration, or 13+ years of experience in business administration in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
