Position Summary
This role sits at the intersection of demand forecasting, supply execution, and go-to-market strategy - giving you end-to-end visibility into how a hardware business actually runs. If you want to learn fast and own real work from day one, this is the role.
You'll be part of a collaborative global planning team, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional supply partners. The matrix structure is intentional: it's how you build the cross-functional instincts that accelerate your career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Own global sales forecast accumulation and drive consensus across regional teams
• Coordinate global supply signals and manage inventory risk throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor and manage 3PL warehouse replenishment to maintain optimal stock positioning
• Support S&OP cycle execution and flag risks before they become problems
• Build business analysis and reporting that connects planning decisions to P&L outcomes
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions - your ideas will actually get implemented
• Partner with Product and Marketing to align supply plans with go-to-market execution
• Support cost control initiatives across procurement, freight, and inventory
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or a related field
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain - from upstream procurement through downstream fulfillment
• Strong Excel skills; comfort with large datasets and building your own models
• Clear communicator across functions and seniority levels, written and verbal
• Analytical and organized - you enjoy digging into numbers to find the story
• Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
• 1-2 years in supply chain, planning, or operations is preferred but not required
