Introduction to the Job

As a Business Planner at ASML, you will help shape the plan that supports our factories, customers, and global supply chains. Your work will help ensure materials are available when needed, while balancing inventory, capacity, and business priorities.

This role sits within ASML's Planning and Delivery organization, where demand and supply planning come together to support informed decisions. If you enjoy solving complex planning challenges, working with senior stakeholders, and using data to guide decisions, this Business Planner role offers meaningful impact across ASML's global operations.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Planner, you will create reliable plans for make-and-buy materials that support factory output and customer service events. You will connect demand, supply, inventory, and capacity insights to help teams make informed business decisions.

You will:
  • Build stable material plans that support factories, suppliers, and customer commitments.
  • Create demand and supply views across short- and long-term planning horizons.
  • Monitor plan execution and drive actions to close supply and demand gaps.
  • Guide capacity investment scenarios using data, risks, and business priorities.
  • Manage inventory strategies to reduce excess, obsolescence, and supply risk.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on supply plans and planning assumptions.
  • Identify planning risks and influence stakeholders through clear analysis and recommendations.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related field.
  • 5 -7 years of experience in supply chain, business planning, production planning, or materials planning.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, or complex manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand and supply processes.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, master production scheduling, or supplier material planning.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms.

This Job will require you to perform activities below
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
  • Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.
  • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.


The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$70,875-106,313

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
