Manage sales activities within an assigned territory.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and industry outreach.
Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity expectations.
Identify and pursue opportunities with community banks, credit unions, and financial institutions typically under $1 billion in assets.
Develop business through both direct prospecting and partner-generated referrals.
Build relationships with referral partners, core providers, consultants, and industry associations.
Source, influence, and close new line-of-business sales opportunities aligned to assigned annual quota.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and objectives.
Present Primax payment solutions and communicate their value to prospective clients.
Develop relationships with prospective client decision-makers and influencers during the sales process, including executives, retail banking leaders, operations managers, and payments leaders.
Maintain a working knowledge of Primax products, services, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate information within Salesforce.
Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and activity reporting.
Own and manage assigned sales quota, pipeline activity, and new line-of-business sales goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
3–5 years of external sales, business development, prospecting, pipeline development, or quota-carrying sales experience required.
Experience in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry preferred.
Experience selling to community banks, credit unions, or smaller financial institutions preferred.
Experience working with referral partners, indirect sales channels, core providers, consultants, or strategic partnerships highly desirable.
