Business Operations Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes organization is seeking a
Senior Business Operations Specialist to support its
Fabrication Division in Auburn, Washington. This role will support the Composites Capability team by the development and integration of strategies, capital commitment and execution, production recovery support, project management, and more.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- 7+ years of experience reporting out to executive leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Domestic and International travel is required between 10%-25% of the time.
- 7+ years of experience working with geographically diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience with work movement.
- Experience working on Strategy Development.
- Experience working with Operations Team on production recovery efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at one of the listed location options.Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
