Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Help us turn growth goals into real, usable capabilities for our teams. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of technology tools that expand capacity, streamline workflows, and improve onboarding and reporting. You will work across business, engineering, data, and operations to execute launches that people actually adopt. Your impact will be measured through outcomes—delivery, usage, and tangible business results.

As a Project Manager in Business Operations (Operations and Technology pillar), you lead cross-functional delivery of technology capabilities that help us scale and grow. You partner with product and business stakeholders to shape clear requirements, then guide teams through planning, governance, release, and adoption. You help us stay aligned, remove blockers, and deliver improvements such as workflow tools, internal platforms, client onboarding enhancements, analytics, automation, and self-service features. You will join a collaborative team where we value transparency, follow-through, and measurable impact.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through launch, including scope, work breakdown, milestones, timelines, and resourcing
  • Execute delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methods by facilitating planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Maintain delivery plans and ensure sprint and release readiness through consistent tracking and follow-up
  • Own project governance by managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies logs; decision logs; and status reporting
  • Communicate clear updates, executive summaries, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leaders
  • Manage dependencies across engineering, data, operations, and procurement or vendor partners (when applicable) to keep delivery coordinated
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early, propose mitigation options, and escalate with clear recommendations
  • Coordinate release planning, including rollout strategy, communications, training readiness, and post-launch validation
  • Lead adoption and change management with business leads through enablement materials, office hours, feedback loops, and usage monitoring
  • Track outcomes tied to growth goals (for example cycle time reduction, onboarding throughput, and capacity unlocked)
  • Synthesize post-launch user feedback to prioritize enhancements and inform future phases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2 years of experience leading technology projects, product delivery, business analysis, or project coordination in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery, including scope definition, delivery planning, dependency management, and on-time releases
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery teams (Scrum or Kanban) and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and Confluence or SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and resolve issues to closure
  • Ability to translate business growth goals into clear requirements and measurable success metrics (for example epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including PivotTables
  • Experience delivering internal tools or platforms that enable scaling (for example sales enablement, client onboarding, workflow automation, customer relationship management enhancements, capacity management, or analytics)
  • Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, release management, environments, and user acceptance testing practices
  • Experience working in regulated environments and partnering with risk, controls, and information security stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience supporting structured change management and adoption for internal tools (training, communications, and usage measurement)
  • Experience coordinating delivery across data and analytics initiatives (dashboards, reporting, or automation)
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination or procurement processes for technology delivery (when applicable)
  • Project management or Agile certification (for example PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster)
  • Experience improving client onboarding processes or onboarding-related tooling within a business operations setting
