Full Job Description
What You're Applying for

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help drive the execution of important cross-functional initiatives across the company.

You will turn strategic priorities into clear plans and manage the operational details that keep projects moving. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. You will work with teams across the organization, create structure where it does not yet exist, and be accountable for the results of projects.

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to ambiguity, can operate independently, and is comfortable managing both high-level coordination and detailed execution in a dynamic environment.

Deep technical expertise is not required. You should be comfortable learning technical concepts and coordinating technical work while partnering with specialists for implementation.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation of working from our NYC office three days per week most weeks.
What You'll Do
  • Manage cross-functional projects from initial planning through rollout and follow-up.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear requirements, workstreams, timelines, owners, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate customer, data, platform, product, billing, pricing, and internal-system migrations.
  • Support the introduction, modification, rollout, and retirement of feature flags.
  • Build and manage scalable systems and processes for system migrations and feature releases
  • Implementing pricing and packaging changes across relevant teams and systems.
  • Create and maintain structured intake and project-management processes for operational requests, partnering with functional leads to establish timelines, track owners, commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions, and keep tickets, documentation, and status updates organized through completion.
  • Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear updates on project progress and outcomes, while building workflows and automations that improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans and drive cross-functional initiatives through completion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to establish timelines with functional leads, manage dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.
  • Sound judgment about when to solve independently and when to escalate.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment where requirements and timelines may change.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach. You're comfortable owning the details, from creating tickets and updating documentation to validating work and driving follow-ups.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting migrations, product rollouts, or other operationally complex initiatives.
  • Experience supporting pricing and packaging changes.
  • A conceptual understanding of SQL, data workflows, and system dependencies.
  • Experience with lightweight data analysis or modeling.
  • Experience building workflows or automations to improve internal processes.

Base Compensation Range: $100,000-$125,000
