Full Job Description
Duties:
  • Own and operate core financial functions within the business (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable, department expense management)
  • Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor materials, reporting on SaaS metrics and company-wide focus areas
  • Create sales collateral and strategy materials that can be leveraged for sales enablement efforts
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offsites and team events
  • Partner with legal to manage regulatory compliance programs
  • Scale the talent function from ad hoc hiring to a structured, systems-driven recruiting engine
  • Lead full-cycle technical recruiting (outbound, inbound, agency coordination)
  • Lead planning of events with other tech startups in NYC to attract top talent into the business

Role Requirements:
  • Education Required: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Economics or related fields
  • Experience Required: 2 years' experience in job offered or related occupations (e.g. Senior Associate/Analyst)
  • Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:
    • Preparing board presentations and/or investor materials, reporting on metrics and focus areas
    • Helping build and evolve financial operations across areas of the business
    • Developing go-to-market strategy for B2B technology or AI-driven products
    • Conducting voice of customer research and market demand analysis to inform growth strategy for technology companies
    • Building and scaling systems or functions for an organization (e.g., talent, finance, operations)
    • Conducting interviews across stakeholder groups of technical and non-technical backgrounds
