About the roleAs a CBRE Operations Management Manager supporting our telecommunications client, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for the Northeast Region. Your role will involve overseeing and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency and success in meeting the unique needs of our telecommunications client in the specified region.
What you'll do- Provide formal supervision, monitor staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment processes.
- Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines while mentoring and coaching as necessary.
- Prepare data reports on revenue, expenses, and business metrics, evaluate trends for financial improvements, and manage monthly forecasting for clients or regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, professional licensing, real estate laws, and regulations.
- Maintain data integrity across team systems and collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices.
- Assist in developing training programs, business processes, and system training initiatives.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote regional consistency.
- Lead by example, uphold CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
- Apply expertise to achieve team objectives, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and address complex challenges for process improvement.
What you'll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a mix of education and experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluation is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to manage sensitive information, set performance standards, and address issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Disclaimer - Bonus Eligible: - CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Operations and Governance Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Operations and Governance Manager position is $126,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
