Job Duties and Responsibilities

Managing high-volume distribution center operations requires seamless alignment between IT systems and real-time warehouse workflows. Modern supply chain environments rely heavily on robust Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to prevent operational bottlenecks, system downtime, and throughput delays. This role resolves critical operational and application issues on the warehouse floor, leads system testing and change validation, and drives continuous process enhancements to boost site-wide productivity and efficiency.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Serve as the primary Customer Success Manager and IT SME to bridge communication between IT engineering and warehouse floor operations
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validations, and application deployments to ensure flawless system execution during critical go-lives and peak operational periods
  • Resolve expert-level application issues in real-time, coordinating with external vendors and Change Advisory Boards (CAB) to minimize operational disruption
  • Analyze system usage reports, data accuracy, and capacity metrics to drive continuous process improvements across manufacturing and distribution units
  • Apply AI-driven analytics and intelligent reporting tools to identify operational bottlenecks, optimize data interpretation, and streamline documentation workflows
  • Deliver site-wide training, application mentorship, and clear technical guidance to empower cross-functional business partners

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Critical experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operations, UAT execution, and end-to-end IT application support within distribution environments
  • Expertise in interpreting complex operational data, technical instructions, and business requirements to write functional scopes and business correspondence
  • Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, supply chain logistics, and cross-functional project management across manufacturing and transportation teams
  • Superior communication, relationship-building, and change management skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Practical AI application skills to automate data gathering, analyze capacity utilization trends, and accelerate problem-solving workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, factual reasoning, and vendor management capabilities under high-pressure, time-sensitive operational conditions

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or highly related experience and education

Compensation: $71,000.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
