Business Office Manager to join our leadership team! If you're an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare billing, payroll, bookkeeping, or business office operations, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of our skilled nursing facility, helping ensure accurate billing, payroll, resident accounts, and business office operations while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and staff.
What You'll Do- Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Maintain accurate resident financial and trust account records
- Coordinate Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing
- Oversee payroll and accounts payable processes
- Process invoices and maintain vendor records
- Maintain employee records and support business office operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff regarding financial matters
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare billing, bookkeeping, payroll, or business office management preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
