OneSpace delivers advanced analytics, predictive insights, remote device management, and operational optimization tools, and you will drive awareness, adoption, and expansion across hospitals, health systems, and clinical settings. Working cross-functionally with product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will position the platform as a must-have solution that improves uptime, utilization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Build and optimize the customer engagement journey and digital marketing programs targeted at HTM, IT, C-suite, and operational stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, retention, and platform stickiness.
  • Support pre- and post-sales customer engagements and partner with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement tools, playbooks, case studies, and roadmap-informed feedback loops.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics (pipeline influence, lead quality, CAC, retention, adoption), collaborate cross-functionally on performance and compliance, and provide North America market input to global strategy.

You're the right fit if:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business, or equivalent field; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge and experience 5+ years working in a high technology / healthcare environment
  • Proven experience launching and scaling digital/SaaS platforms with strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare buyer journeys, stakeholder mapping, value-based selling, sales channel development, and customer-facing presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-starting leader with strong project management, analytical/problem-solving skills, creativity to overcome roadblocks, and the ability to set priorities and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator-skilled in marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce), global team facilitation, C-suite and practitioner engagement, and building effective cross-location relationships with high energy.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.
