Troutman Pepper Locke's Business Litigation practice group is seeking an associate barred in Delaware to join our team in our Wilmington office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience, including experience handling filings, drafting pleadings, and preparing for and participating in depositions and various court appearances. Experience and familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court of Delaware, and the District of Delaware is strongly preferred.
Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
