As the Business Line Manager, Sales - Treatment Planning Solutions, you will play a critical role in advancing this mission by leading the growth and adoption of industry-leading treatment planning software across North America. This highly visible leadership position combines strategic sales, clinical collaboration, and market influence to help healthcare providers improve operational efficiency, expand access to cutting-edge technology, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

You will work closely with commercial, clinical, technical, and product leadership teams to shape strategy, drive business growth, and support the continued evolution of radiation oncology solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the commercial leader for the Treatment Planning Solutions portfolio, partnering with regional sales leadership, customer success, technical sales, professional services, and product teams to drive revenue growth, software adoption, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the North American growth strategy for Treatment Planning Solutions.
    Drive software sales, adoption, retention, and account expansion.
  • Support complex enterprise healthcare software opportunities from strategy through close.
  • Build relationships with oncology executives, radiation oncologists, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer value and business growth.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy.
    Manage forecasting, pipeline health, business reviews, and performance metrics.
  • Lead and manage the sales team in prioritization, collaboration and sales strategies for optimal success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, software sales, oncology, treatment planning, radiation therapy, or digital health.
  • Radiation oncology and treatment planning experience required
  • Clinical background in dosimetry, physics, or radiation therapy preferred.
  • Must have
     Proven success driving revenue growth and managing a breadth of accounts.
     Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
     Sales leadership experience and knowledge preferred.

The base pay range for this position is:

$159,200 - $218,900

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
