Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, data analytics, business, healthcare administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics with 2+ years in a leadership role; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Project management, data governance, and stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic reporting, Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Power BI, SQL, or related healthcare data platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions.
• Coordinate activities related to enterprise reporting and data analytics.
• Partner with organizational leaders to understand and prioritize BI requests.
• Align BI initiatives with organizational strategies and promote consistent reporting standards.
• Lead the team and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop reliable and actionable data and reporting solutions.
