The WW Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) Central PMO is the strategic operations function supporting a VP-level engineering organization of 1,000+ engineers. We own the business cadence, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, and operational mechanisms that enable WWEI leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to be the foundational builder for the Central PMO's data and tooling infrastructure. This is a greenfield opportunity - you will design, build, and own the platforms that power how a VP-level engineering organization understands its portfolio, tracks risk, and makes decisions.
You will work closely with senior program managers who define requirements and product direction. Your job is to take those requirements and build cohesive, scalable, automated, executive-ready systems. You will be the sole dedicated technical builder on the team - what you create becomes the operating system for the entire PMO.
