Position OverviewWe are seeking a
Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Quality & Continuous Improvement team.
This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide Power BI solutions that replace legacy spreadsheet-based reporting with automated, cloud-based analytics. The Business Intelligence Engineer will partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to create a single source of truth for manufacturing performance, quality metrics, and business intelligence.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Design and manage Power BI Service environments, including workspaces, deployment pipelines, applications, and data gateways
- Develop complex Power Query (M) transformations, DAX calculations, and automated ETL processes to support enterprise reporting
- Lead the migration of legacy Excel and Access-based reporting systems into scalable cloud-based analytics platforms
- Integrate Power BI with ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SQL databases, and other operational data sources
- Develop automated dashboards supporting quality systems, including CAPA, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Supplier Quality, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and operational KPIs
- Establish reporting standards, governance, data definitions, and best practices to ensure reporting consistency across the organization
- Serve as the organization's Power BI subject matter expert by training end users and promoting data literacy throughout the business

Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical field required
- 5+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years leading enterprise Power BI implementations
- Advanced expertise with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and visualization best practices
- Experience integrating Power BI with ERP systems, SQL databases, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or other enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, database architecture, and cloud-based analytics environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, OEE, SPC, CAPA, NCR, or industrial KPIs preferred
- Experience developing reporting governance, documentation, and standardized reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication, project management, and training skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

Salary Description
