JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Intelligence Development Lead in the Employee Experience team, you promote the development and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support Human Resources and business strategies. You partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data governance and quality, and foster a culture of self-service analytics. You bring leadership experience, expertise in cloud-based business intelligence platforms, and a strong background in data visualization and integration.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
  • Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, enabling users to independently explore data and generate insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business intelligence solutions, maintaining high standards for governance and quality.
  • Monitor business intelligence solution performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Integrate business intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, preferably Databricks, to optimize analytics delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in a Business Intelligence role within a large, complex organization.
  • Two years of direct team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering Business Intelligence solutions in cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources data and analytics in a multi-national organization.
