About the RoleThe Business Intelligence Analyst leads complex analytics initiatives and partners closely with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives. You'll foster key working relationships with business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product, partner with our Data Engineering and Data Platform teams, and join a team of talented Analytics and Reporting peers. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver dashboards and analyses that are accurate, trusted, and adopted by stakeholders, and metrics that are consistently defined and aligned to enterprise standards.
What You'll Do- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives
- Solve ambiguous analytical problems independently
- Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy
- Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts
What You'll Bring- 5-7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, including ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics. Equivalent experience and demonstrated capability may be considered in place of years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- SQL: Advanced query design, validation logic, and performance tuning
- Tableau: Advanced dashboard design and optimization
- Tableau Prep: Complex, reusable data flows
- Databricks: Confident querying and collaboration with Data Engineering
- Python: Data analysis and validation scripts
- Statistics: Regression concepts and analytical rigor
- Data Modeling Awareness: Strong understanding of grain and joins
Bonus Skills- Strong analytical judgment and constructive pushback
- Ownership of data quality and change impacts
- Ability to frame insights in business terms

Compensation TransparencyVeeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
