About the role

Join the Illinois Farm Bureau as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where you will work to assess and analyze ongoing business needs, design organizational strategies, manage projects and processes, support change management, and collect, analyze, and interpret data and information to inform business decisions.

This role is part of the Strategy & Innovation area within the Finance Division and will support both day-to-day operational needs and transformative efforts throughout the organization as part of current and future initiatives. An exceptional candidate will possess strong communication skills, proven experience in project and change management with both operational and technical initiatives, and robust data analytics and research capabilities. This role is a hybrid position with an expectation of three days in-office per week at our campus in Bloomington, IL.

How does this role make an impact?

- Drives business decisions and innovation by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, processes and trends to decision makers. - Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. - Produces actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement within current operations, and displays root cause analysis of problems. - Provides reporting solutions and responds to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas. - Designs and develops business intelligence reporting tools. - Provides consultation to clients and leads cross-functional teams to address business issues.

Base Pay Range:

$89,200-$122,650

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
