Full Job Description
As a member of the Operations team, the Business Intelligence Analyst works in a fast-paced, high-exposure group whose responsibilities include data analysis, demand modeling and research, optimization, project management, and solution design/delivery. This role will translate business intelligence strategy into advanced analytical experiments and models. The models will blend data sources for creative insights into business problems and to align performance with the company's strategic goals, detailed action plans, key performance indicators, and progress metrics.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze, interpret, and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of manufacturing and operations data to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders.
  • Develop and implement systems and technology to produce decision support tools that enable leaders and system practitioners to take strategic action.
  • Develop visualizations grounded in statistical best practices that facilitate effective communication of results and key findings to internal and external customers.
  • Supports operations research activities for Romac.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for complex business problems and provide input for approach to problem solving and solutions.
  • Apply deep knowledge and use judgement to determine the approach to ambiguous challenges, exercise judgement to make decisions.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in mathematics, economics, operations research, finance, statistics, business, computer science, or technical/engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years analytical experience.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of business intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, report conversion, data cleansing, data modeling, and relational databases.
  • Adept at dashboard design, charting, and report automation using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Data-driven mindset and a proven history of continuous self-development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines.

Base Compensation Range: $100,600-$151,000 per year. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
