JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for generating insights and conducting root cause analyses. This role also builds and maintains dashboards and provider-facing reports to inform decision-making. Work is performed using SQL Server, ADF/Databricks, and Power BI modeling and reporting tools. Works under the direct or indirect supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, informatics, management of information systems, data science, business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field (Required)
  • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in healthcare technology, analytics, software development, or data management (Required)

  • Expertise in designing and optimizing complex SQL, ETL processes, and data pipelines; proficiency with BI tools to build and maintain enterprise data warehouses.
  • Expertise in architecting reusable BI solutions and semantic models, including metric definitions, versioncontrolled code, and documentation standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of EHR/EMR data structures, clinical informatics, and medical terminology to define, validate, and interpret performance measures (numerators/denominators/exclusions, value sets).
  • Expertise in data governance and regulatory compliance (HIPAA), including developing and enforcing enterprise processes for metric certification, secure data access, and standardized reporting definitions.
  • Ability to perform complex data transformation, large-scale validation, and reconciliation between source systems and reports.
  • Ability to lead root cause analyses and integrate continuous improvement methods (e.g., run charts, PDSA) to translate analytics into prioritized operational and clinical interventions.
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, operations, finance, population health) to gather requirements, align definitions, and drive adoption.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear executive recommendations
