Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will partner with a diverse team of directors, managers, engineers, technicians, and operators to develop solutions for gathering and analyzing data to help overcome challenges and improve business execution. The role requires use of your process knowledge to rapidly translate complex data into actionable insights, improving data accuracy and automation to accelerate ramp to rate, and serve as the factory-floor liaison to ensure that quantitative findings lead to tangible quality and throughput gains. Candidates must have strong analytical, statistical, and communication skills, a solid foundation in manufacturing processes, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn production data into insights that boost product yield, flow, and cost efficiency.
- Be a spokesperson for the factories and get involved in the design, testing, and implementation of dashboards and other data tools with the Analytics Team.
- Use data analysis to determine areas for improved process yields, flows, on-time delivery and cost savings measures.
- Work directly with the process and product teams to implement improvements.
- Champion the implementation of AI solutions and assistants to the factory end users.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with manufacturing standards, processes and techniques
- Strong technical skills in data analysis

- Experience using GenAI models for analysis
Preferred Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field
