The MORE Real Estate Group is looking for a Business Integration Manager to help keep our growing organization aligned, accountable, and operating at a high level. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving projects forward, and creating the structure that allows teams to perform their best.

You'll work directly with ownership and department leaders to improve collaboration, streamline operations, and ensure company initiatives are executed with excellence. If you're proactive, highly organized, and energized by helping businesses grow, this could be the perfect fit.

Compensation
  • Salary Base: $80,000-$95,000; OTE: $100,000-$150,000
  • Bonus opportunities


Responsibilities
• Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives.
