Join the DAI team, where data meets purpose.Key Responsibilities- Design and manage intuitive dashboards and tools that offer a unified, real-time view of the Affinity market, enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
- Develop self-serve applications to help partners better understand member needs-enhancing satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Uncover insights through exploratory analysis, evaluating event impacts and trends to support proactive strategy development.
- Create scalable, innovative business solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and partner strategy.
- Act as a thought partner to our partners and colleagues, helping them understand Affinity market dynamics and the value of data in shaping strategic actions.
- Champion data integrity and accuracy by establishing validation methods and clear documentation practices.
- Advance data literacy across the team, promoting best practices in business intelligence and data storytelling.
- Mentor and support team growth, sharing technical knowledge and business insight to uplift team capability.
Requirements & Skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- This job posting is intended for candidates with 3-7 years of experience, including: Expertise in analytics, data analysis, and statistical analysis and experience in the general insurance industry
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Shiny/Posit)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and time management
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
